Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SGA BOOSTING website and ordering platform. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use SGA BOOSTING. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. The service

SGA BOOSTING sells social media promotion services such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and similar engagement for public profiles and posts on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Telegram.

Orders are delivered using the public link you submit. We never request, need or accept your social media password, login code or account access. Any message asking you for such details is not from us.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any of the social media platforms we deliver to. Those platforms set their own rules and may change them at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order you must supply a valid, public and correct link, and select a quantity within the published minimum and maximum for that service. Orders placed with a private, incorrect or deleted link cannot be delivered and are not refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled or edited by the customer once placed. Contact support with the order number if something is wrong and we will review the order.

Do not change your username, delete the post or make your account private while an order is in progress. Doing so can interrupt delivery and forfeits any claim.

Delivery times shown on each service are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners, not guarantees.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are published per 1,000 units. The total for an order is the published rate multiplied by your quantity and divided by 1,000, and is displayed before you confirm.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your wallet is credited only after a payment has been verified on our servers, and each payment is credited once.

Wallet balance may be used to pay for orders. Wallet balance has no cash value outside the platform and is not transferable between accounts.

Prices may change at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been placed and paid for.

6. Refunds

If an order fails, is cancelled by us or cannot be delivered by our provider, the amount is returned to your SGA BOOSTING wallet balance.

Refunds are not given for: orders placed with an incorrect or private link, orders affected by changes you made to your account or post during delivery, partial drops in count that occur after delivery is complete, or a change of mind after the order has started.

Requests for a refund of a wallet balance back to the original payment method are reviewed case by case and may be declined where the balance has already been partly used.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SGA BOOSTING to promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes another person's rights; to promote accounts or posts you have no authority over; to abuse, threaten or defraud our staff or systems; or to attempt to bypass our security, authentication or payment controls.

We may suspend or close an account, and refuse or reverse orders, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and platform changes may affect availability and delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

SGA BOOSTING is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for any action taken by a social media platform against your account, including reduced reach, restrictions or suspension.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
